Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
This sweepstakes is sponsored by Pretty Pops LLC d/b/a Pretty Pops (“Sponsor”), Denver, Colorado, USA, email: prettypopsusa@gmail.com, phone: (720) 515-3048.
2. Eligibility
The Pretty Pops “Win Free Pops for a Year” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the State of Colorado who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void outside Colorado and where prohibited or restricted by law.Employees, owners, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, and each of their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to enter or win.
3. Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Mountain Time on May 1st, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Mountain Time on July 31st, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
Sponsor’s computer or website system is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, visit the official Pretty Pops giveaway page and complete the entry form by providing the requested information and submitting the form.
Limit one (1) entry per person and one (1) entry per email address during the Promotion Period.
Duplicate, robotic, scripted, incomplete, altered, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Following Pretty Pops on social media, tagging friends, sharing posts, or joining a mailing list is optional and does not improve your chances of winning unless expressly stated in these Official Rules. If Sponsor promotes the Sweepstakes on social media, any such social activity is for engagement only and is not required to enter.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive “Free Pops for a Year,” defined as one (1) standard Pretty Pops frozen pop per week for fifty-two (52) weeks, awarded as fifty-two (52) single-pop redemptions total.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $416.00 total, based on an estimated value of $8.00 per standard pop.
Prize excludes catering, delivery, custom orders, event minimums, premium add-ons, merchandise, cash, alcohol, and any items not normally sold as a standard single pop.
Prize must be redeemed in person at participating Pretty Pops vending locations or events in Colorado during Sponsor’s normal operating hours, subject to availability and schedule.
Unused weekly redemptions expire and do not roll over unless Sponsor chooses otherwise in writing.
Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
On or about August 5th 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be contacted using the contact information provided at entry.
If a potential winner:
does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours after the first attempted notification,
is found to be ineligible,
cannot be reached,
declines the prize, or
fails to comply with these Official Rules,
the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Winner Verification
Sponsor may require the potential winner to verify eligibility and confirm compliance with these Official Rules before awarding the prize. Failure to provide requested verification within the time specified by Sponsor may result in disqualification.
9. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize, if any. Sponsor may request any tax documentation required by law.
10. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor the right to use the winner’s first name, city, likeness, voice, statements, and prize information for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, website issues, virus, unauthorized intervention, or any other cause impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner, or attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.
12. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, successors, assigns, website providers, and social media platforms from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use, misuse, or redemption of any prize, including but not limited to claims based on personal injury, property damage, technical issues, typographical errors, or unauthorized human intervention.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, delayed, garbled, or undeliverable entries, emails, forms, messages, or notifications.
13. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
14. Social Media Disclaimer
If the Sweepstakes is promoted on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, or any other social media platform, the Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with those platforms.
By entering, entrants understand that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to any social media platform.
15. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and entrants consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
16. Winner List
To request the first name and city of the winner, send an email to prettypopsusa@gmail.com with the subject line: Pretty Pops Sweepstakes Winner Request, no later than sixty (60) days after the end of the Promotion Period.
